Welcome to Year 1!

Hello and welcome to our Year 1 class page!

This is where you'll find all the latest news, updates, and information about life in Year 1. Our class teachers are Mrs Johnson in 1A and Mrs Linsley in 1B and our teaching assistants are Mrs Gibson and Mrs Pilkington. We're looking forward to a fantastic year filled with exciting learning, new challenges, and plenty of fun along the way.

We have some fabulous topics this year, starting off with learning about what life was like for our grandparents as part of our History topic, classifying animals in Science and designing a vehicle fit for Santa as part of our first DT topic. We also have some fabulous trips and visitors planned for the year which we know you are going to love!
