READING PLUS
Reading Plus homework is due every Monday. Your child must complete 1 reading task and 1 vocabulary task at home each week. This resets at midnight on Sunday evening. The easiest way to check this is to make sure all of their 'blocks' on their Reading Plus homepage are filled in. If your child has not completed all of their homework tasks, a letter will be sent home to make you aware.

DOODLE MATHS
We check each child’s Doodle progress every Tuesday morning.
Doodle runs on a 7-day rolling programme. This means it looks at how much your child has done over the past seven days, updating daily. Because of this, the number of stars your child has may go up or down each day as older activity drops off and new activity is added.
If your child is not in the green zone on a Tuesday, they will receive a slip to let you know. This doesn’t always mean your child hasn’t been doing Doodle—it might just mean their activity in the current 7-day window has fallen behind.
To help your child stay in the green zone, try to make Doodle part of their daily routine—10 minutes each evening is ideal.
Children are set an assignment on Doodle Maths each week. This assignment must be completed and counts towards their green zone. The assignment set will always be something linked to current or prior learning.
Doodle Maths & Doodle Tables is available on an app for use on phones or tablets. It can also be accessed on a laptop or computer using this link. https://students.doodlelearning.com/
